The action of defending from or resisting attack is called self-defence. If you are a woman, you have probably experienced a nervous sinking feeling when walking alone at night especially after the NIRBHAYA CASE. Aider spends its precious time to empower the homeworkers to throw workshops in factories, events on martial arts in NGO. Those are really helpful for women to learn these techniques against the offenders. The most important than any specific technique is your mentality. Being willing to fight back and courage in drastic condition.
Aider keeps self-defence training courses in the organization usually, so that the girls be capable to fight. Judo, karate and taekwondo are the main techniques actually.
We have some experienced and well qualified volunteers who come here to teach all. At the end of the day, the goals are simple safety and security..
